OutsmartingFish happily offers free domestic shopping on all orders over $20. With our free shipping method we use the most cost-effective shipping option available. There are no delivery time guarantees with free shipping.
Leaving on a trip and need the shipment expedited? We’ll do everything we can to take care of you! Either contact us before your order OR in the last step of the checkout process, simply explain the circumstances in the notes section and we’ll reply to make arrangements.
Orders placed by noon (Mountain Standard Time – MST) will typically be processed same day. If you have any questions regarding shipping please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Return Policy
Products may be returned in new/unused condition in their original packaging within the first 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping.
If you have any questions or concerns, contact us and we will do everything that we can to make it right. Shipping charges are not refundable.
